Kinetic AI is hiring 4 Business Development Representatives to help build their founding growth engine. The role focuses on hunting for new business, building relationships, and working directly with founders to scale the business.
Responsibilities:
- Hunt for new business across founder-led, operator-led, and growth-minded companies
- Prospect into accounts and create qualified conversations
- Build relationships and open doors through outbound effort, referrals, follow-up, and account penetration
- Run early sales conversations and identify real business pain
- Work directly with founders on deal strategy and closing process
- Learn Kinetic’s offer deeply enough to speak credibly about AI, systems, and business outcomes
- Keep pipeline disciplined, organized, and moving
- Help build a real high-performance sales culture
Requirements:
- Strong hunting instincts
- Comfortable creating opportunities from scratch
- Good with relationships and trust-building
- Competitive, coachable, and persistent
- Strong follow-up discipline
- Able to learn technical concepts well enough to speak commercially about them
- Comfortable in a founder-led environment where standards are high and the pace is real
- Wanting steep reps, fast feedback, and real ownership
- Midwest preferred
