They are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead complex process design and business case development for the Finance Shared Services pillar, partnering with senior Finance leaders and mentoring Business Analysts to enhance the team's analytical practice.
Responsibilities:
- Lead discovery, process design, and requirements development for complex, multi-department automation and AI initiatives
- Drive business case development and value realization using the program's ROI calculator, rate cards, and value levers
- Shape agentic automation and AI opportunities by partnering with solution architects and AI/ML engineers on feasibility and design
- Serve as senior advisor to Finance operational leaders on process improvement, standardization, and automation potential
- Mentor Business Analysts across the pillar; contribute to coaching, reviews, and professional development
- Establish and evolve BA practice standards (templates, process notation, requirements patterns) in partnership with program leadership
- Lead UAT strategy, training, and change management planning for complex initiatives
- Collaborate with Revenue Cycle and IA Enablement counterparts to share patterns and accelerate delivery
Requirements:
- Bachelor's and 6 years experience in business analysis, business administration, engineering, information science, health or science-related field
- OR
- Master's and 2 years experience in business analysis, business administration, engineering, information science, health or science-related field
- CBAP Certified Business Analysis Professional, CCBA Certification of Competency in Business Analysis, or PMI-PBA Professional in Business Analysis
- Demonstrated experience with multi-department or multi-stakeholder process design
- Strong experience building business cases and measuring value realization
- Working knowledge of automation, AI, and agentic solutions
- Experience in healthcare, academic medical center, or non-profit finance environments
- Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent process-improvement certification
- Experience partnering with UiPath-based or Copilot delivery teams
- Familiarity with LLM-enabled or agentic automation use cases
