EPITEC is a company seeking an IT Business Analyst to serve as a liaison between business areas and the IT organization. The role involves collecting and analyzing business requirements, supporting business processes, and participating in project initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a liaison between business areas and the IT organization to deliver technical solutions that support business goals
- Collect, analyze, develop, document, and communicate business requirements
- Support one or more low- to moderately complex business processes
- Participate as a project team member on small-to-medium scope initiatives that are moderately complex
- Assist with the configuration, testing, and support of Oracle Cloud Procurement to improve business efficiency and productivity
- Learn and document business processes, including gathering and communicating user needs
- Support the translation of business requirements into clear functional specifications under the guidance of senior team members
- Review and triage Oracle Cloud support tickets to assist users with system functionality
- Escalate or route tickets to appropriate departments when additional support is required
- Coordinate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to update job aids and training materials, incorporating feedback into draft revisions
- Assist with data analysis requests, reporting, and data updates within Oracle Cloud
- Learn Enterprise Procurement policies and procedures
- Develop working knowledge of Oracle Cloud functionality related to the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process
- Support users by reviewing and triaging Oracle Cloud system tickets
- Assist with documentation and training updates by coordinating SME input
- Support data analysis, reporting, and system updates in Oracle Cloud
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
- One (1) year of relevant technical or business work experience
- Ability to support low- to moderately complex business processes
- Experience or exposure to Oracle Cloud Procurement, including: Contracts, OTBI, Sourcing, Requisitions, Purchase Orders
- Procurement experience preferred
