HireTalent is a staffing and recruiting firm seeking a Behavioral Health Customer Service Representative. This role supports Provider Relations and Claims operations by handling inbound calls from providers and members, assisting with claim inquiries, billing issues, and provider-related requests while ensuring excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls related to claims, billing, and provider relations
- Verify claim status and explain claim processing details
- Assist with claim reprocessing, adjustments, and EOB requests
- Support providers with contract inquiries and demographic updates
- Educate providers/members on billing and coverage protocols
- Perform follow-ups via outbound calls when needed
- Document interactions and coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
Requirements:
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience working in claims, healthcare, or insurance environments
- Ability to multitask across multiple systems
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in a virtual/remote environment
- Good typing and PC skills
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Must have reliable high-speed internet (not provided)
