Business Analyst

ConsultNet Technology Services and Solutions is a premier national provider of technology talent and solutions. They are seeking a Business Analyst to analyze business requirements, document stakeholder needs, and translate them into functional specifications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to support project delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements, gather and document stakeholder needs, and translate them into functional specifications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project delivery, track progress, and ensure alignment with business goals
• Perform data analysis, create reports and dashboards, and identify process improvement opportunities
• Participate in meetings, manage documentation, and assist with testing, validation, and user acceptance

Requirements:

• Must have minimum of 5 years recent experience applying analytical processes on IT projects
• Must have minimum of 3 years of recent experience in business systems analysis and design
• Must have minimum of 3 years of recent experience soliciting and documenting business and technical requirements for projects of a similar scope and technical complexity
• Must have a bachelor's degree
• Recent experience applying analytical processes working on large IT project for law enforcement projects
• Business analysis experience for PAL Stages 2, 3, and 4 for a State of California project that led to CDT
• Current PMI International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) certification
