Affinity Solutions is the leading consumer purchase insights company, providing a complete view of consumer spending through proprietary AI technology. They are seeking a Senior Partner Marketing Manager to execute co-marketing and partner enablement programs, working closely with various teams to drive revenue growth and support partner initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing Affinity’s partner marketing strategy across data platforms, media partners, retail media networks, and MarTech/AdTech ecosystems
- Support the development and execution of annual and quarterly co-marketing plans with key partners
- Help shape and manage joint value propositions and messaging frameworks; co-sell narratives tailored to each partner type
- Partner with Content Marketing and Data Analytics to drive communications and content strategies for key strategic partners that empower channel sales leveraging Affinity’s data and insights
- Serve as a central coordinator for partner GTM launches, ensuring alignment on messaging and timing across announcements, partner training requirements, sales materials, and case studies
- Act as the liaison between internal teams and partners to coordinate co-sponsored events, thought leadership, partner spotlights, and cross-channel marketing efforts that drive awareness and adoption
- Help coordinate in-person event opportunities that drive partner sales engagement and channel sales
- Build and maintain partner toolkits, brand guidelines, and self-service sales assets (one-pagers, decks, demo scripts, FAQs) to support partner sales cycles
- Coordinate training and develop supporting materials for partner sales, account teams, and field organizations
- Guide brand governance across partner enablement by establishing clear guardrails, review processes, and consistent visual and narrative standards for all partner and co-branded materials
- Define KPIs for partner programs (awareness, adoption, pipeline influence, co-marketing performance)
- Work with marketing counterparts to analyze program results and optimize campaigns based on partner performance and industry trends
- Maintain dashboards and reporting to track ROI of partner marketing investments
Requirements:
- 5-7+ years in partner marketing, channel marketing, or B2B partnerships in AdTech, MarTech, or data-driven media
- Deep experience working with ecosystem partners (DSPs, social platforms, retail media networks, identity/data partners)
- Strong GTM ownership: messaging, content, enablement, and launch planning
- Exceptional project management and cross-functional communication skills
- Ability to translate technical data products into clear, compelling partner value propositions
- Experience managing co-marketing timelines and governance processes
- Strong writing and content creation experience (decks, thought leadership, enablement packs)
- Ability to manage multiple partners, priorities, and stakeholders with ease
- Creative thinking, operational rigor, and a bias for action
