Workiy Inc. is looking for a Business Analyst for their Digital Shared Services project. This role focuses on improving healthcare delivery transformation through information and communication technology processes across the provincial health sector.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Computer Sciences. Proof must be provided with the response
- Valid Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification. Proof must be provided with the response
- The proposed Designated Resource must be available for the entire time frame
- 10 years' experience as a Business Analyst implementing/upgrading ICT systems in the public sector (min. 3 examples; at least 1 in public healthcare)
- 5 years' experience in business process mapping to reduce costs/inefficiencies, including identifying metrics and creating at least one RACI matrix (min. 3 examples)
- 4 years' experience mapping and migrating data containing sensitive patient/client info, including database mapping and data dictionaries (min. 2 examples)
- 1 year of proficiency using Smartsheet for building processes, forms, dashboards, and automation (min. 1 example)
- 7 years' experience developing training material and delivering end-user training for information systems (min. 3 examples)
- 5 years' experience in QA/testing, including planning and executing test scripts (min. 2 examples)
- 1 year of experience on projects implementing patient safety and critical incident reporting solutions in healthcare (min. 1 example)
