InsideOut is seeking a Business Development Manager focused on partnerships and outreach within the aesthetic medicine space. The role involves initiating conversations with practitioners, guiding them through the interview pipeline, and converting them into paid Editorial Board memberships while managing outreach across various platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Initiate and manage strategic outreach conversations with aesthetic professionals across Email, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
- Maintain polished, authority driven communication when engaging with surgeons, practitioners, and executive assistants
- Guide qualified practitioners from initial outreach through structured partnership discussions
- Position the value of Beauty Seek and convert aligned professionals into Editorial Board Members
- Follow up consistently with leads until a clear outcome is achieved
- Schedule interviews, confirm logistics, and ensure conversations progress toward partnership opportunities
- Identify strong Editorial Board candidates and transition interviewees into deeper partnership conversations
- Own the conversion flow from partnership discussion to signed Editorial Board agreement
- Present the value of a Beauty Seek profile page and address objections professionally
- Coordinate onboarding handoff once enrollment is confirmed
- Maintain ongoing communication with Editorial Board Members to support long term relationships and annual re registration
- Track interviews from scheduling to recording to publication with clear communication at every stage
- Support audience growth across Email and social platforms through meaningful professional engagement
- Maintain organized tracking systems for conversations, interviews, partnerships, conversions, and lead sources
- Participate in video calls with practitioners while maintaining a polished and professional on camera presence
Requirements:
- C1 ENGLISH LEVEL IS REQUIRED, THE SELECTED CANDIDATE WILL BE SPEAKING STRICTLY IN ENGLISH DURING THEIR WHOLE SHIFT
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in outreach, partnerships or growth focused roles
- Strong written and spoken English with a polished, executive level tone
- Experience managing outreach across Email, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
- Ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously with structured follow up systems
- Experience scheduling calls and coordinating conversations with professionals
- Comfortable appearing on video calls in a professional environment
- Strong organizational skills with clear communication workflows
- Experience in aesthetic medicine, beauty, wellness is strictly needed
- Executive presence, attention to detail, and accountability for measurable conversion outcomes
- Self starter mindset with strong follow through and structured thinking
- Experience in revenue driven outreach or conversion focused roles preferred
- Familiarity with interview based or content driven growth strategies preferred
- Understanding of partnership based sales cycles preferred
- Previous experience working remotely with US based teams preferred
