The Business Transformation Project Manager will lead the delivery of complex operational and supply chain initiatives, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the full project lifecycle from initiation through post–go-live stabilization
- Develop and manage integrated project plans including scope, schedule, budget, risks, and resources
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across Operations, Supply Chain, IT, Finance, HR, and external partners
- Establish and maintain project governance, including status updates, phase gates, and escalation management
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues with defined owners and resolution timelines
- Ensure go-live readiness through training coordination, documentation, and operational handoff
- Translate business objectives into clear deliverables, milestones, and performance metrics
- Capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement of project management practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience managing cross-functional projects with responsibility for scope, schedule, and budget
- Experience delivering projects in supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, or operations environments
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and risks with measurable results
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship and able to travel up to 25%
- Experience leading transformation or network optimization initiatives with measurable business impact
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent)
- Experience working in global or matrixed organizations with distributed teams
- Proficiency in project management and reporting tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar systems)
