PHCS Optimization Specialist/Contracts Analyst

Experience:

• 2 to 5 years of experience in data analysis, financial analytics, or related field.
• Experience in healthcare, diagnostics, or similar industries is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Track contract milestones, payment triggers, and billing activities.
• Support revenue forecasting and financial analysis.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools for contract performance.
• Identify gaps and recommend process improvements for invoicing and tracking workflows.
• Interpret contract terms and ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define metrics and reporting needs.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across systems.
• Support change management initiatives and assist in training stakeholders.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal teams and external partners.
• Analyze data to provide insights and support decision-making.

Qualification and Education:
