Role Summary:
Are you a skilled Python Developer ready to take on a dynamic role in the financial tech industry? Looking for experienced developers to join our team in Malvern, PA. You ll work on innovative applications used for Independent Price Verification (IPV) within the Global Markets business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop object-oriented Python software on the proprietary Quartz platform.
- Build REST APIs and data transfer tools between NoSQL and Oracle (Exadata).
- Design UI-to-REST interfaces and develop Angular-based data grid UIs.
- Collaborate throughout the full software development lifecycle in an Agile environment.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 10+ years of Python development experience in an object-oriented environment.
- Strong SQL skills (designing and tuning).
- Experience with grid computing and handling large data volumes.
- Exposure to tools like Git, npm, and Angular (v15+ preferred).
- Familiarity with TDD, functional testing, and CI/CD practices is a plus.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
