Production Support Engineer with Java

Ampstek is seeking a Production Support Engineer with Java to manage incidents and provide support for high-intensity engineering products. The role involves troubleshooting technical issues and requires proficiency in Java and NodeJS, with a preference for experience in e-commerce or live streaming platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Experience in SRE incident management or similar production support kind of roles for high intense engineering products / platforms ( usually enterprise B2C apps and platforms used by thousands of users )
• Excellent troubleshooting skill set, they should be able to analyze logs, code , api's to diagnose technical issues
• Affluent in Java, NodeJS (strong in atleast 1)
• Prior experience in e-commerce or live streaming platform engineering projects is a plus
