Strategic Staffing Solutions is seeking a Performance Marketing Lead with strong Salesforce Marketing Cloud expertise to support a platform transition from Adobe and drive multi-channel campaign execution. This role combines strategy, hands-on execution, and analytics with a focus on lead generation, conversion optimization, and revenue impact.
Responsibilities:
- Execute marketing strategies across email, digital, and on-site channels
- Launch and manage multi-channel campaigns and lifecycle/nurture programs
- Align campaigns to lead generation, pipeline growth, and revenue goals
- Support migration efforts from Adobe → Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Monitor lead flow, conversion rates, and campaign performance
- Track KPIs and continuously optimize campaigns to improve ROI
- Conduct A/B testing and implement data-driven improvements
- Build and maintain dashboards and performance reports
- Translate campaign data into actionable insights for stakeholders
- Deliver executive-level summaries tied to business outcomes
- Partner with marketing, product, sales, and analytics teams
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution and timelines
- Maintain documentation, workflows, and reporting artifacts
- Operate within Agile-style marketing environments
Requirements:
- Strong experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
- Proven background in performance marketing (lead gen, conversion, ROI)
- Experience with analytics, reporting, and KPI tracking
- Ability to execute across multiple campaigns and channels simultaneously
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud and migration to SFMC
- Background in insurance or financial services
- Experience in regulated or compliance-heavy environments
- Familiarity with reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Data Studio
