OneTablet is a fast-growing food tech company that helps independent restaurants increase their delivery revenue. They are seeking a Marketing Manager to build and run the company's brand presence, manage communications, social media, and content strategy, and collaborate closely with various teams including Sales and Product.
Responsibilities:
- Build and run OneTablet's social media presence across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X — owning the content calendar, publishing cadence, and community engagement
- Develop creative concepts for social posts, video, and campaigns, then write clear, specific briefs to bring them to life with internal and external partners
- Write and ship external communications: customer emails, newsletters, product launch announcements, case studies, and sales enablement copy
- Plan and execute paid social campaigns on Meta and other platforms, including audience targeting and performance reporting against pipeline goals
- Develop and protect the OneTablet brand voice across every customer touchpoint, and keep visual identity consistent across channels
- Partner with Sales to produce outbound assets — decks, one-pagers, demo content, and customer case studies
- Own website and landing page copy, keeping messaging current and conversion-focused
- Track performance across channels and use data to decide what's working and what to move on from
Requirements:
- Experience in a startup or early-stage company where you had to figure things out without a large team behind you
- 2+ years in marketing, content, communications, or a similar role
- Excellent written communication — clear, direct, and free of filler
- Proven track record running social media accounts with examples you can show
- Hands-on experience planning and running paid social campaigns
- Strong at turning a brief or a conversation into something that actually gets made
- Comfortable working across Sales, Product, and external creative partners without needing much direction
- Restaurant, hospitality, or food tech experience is a plus, not a requirement
