In this role, you will help rebuild member authentication and account creation processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams to create user-centered solutions that enhance the member experience.
Responsibilities:
- Rebuild authentication and account creation to deliver a best-in-class sign-up/sign-in experience with strong error recovery and self-serve flows
- Enable self-serve account management so members can easily view and manage access, eligibility, and support information
- Simplify complex domains (insurance, medical, payments) into clear, intuitive interfaces with flexible editing capabilities
- Deliver a world-class app experience through modern UI, best-in-class UX, and thoughtful motion design
- Create seamless cross-platform experiences by collaborating closely with cross-functional teams across mobile and desktop
- Design at scale by leveraging and contributing to a robust design system for consistency and efficiency
- Champion accessibility and inclusivity across all onboarding and account-related touchpoints
- Uphold a high bar for quality through thoughtful, end-to-end user experience design
Requirements:
- A standout and updated portfolio demonstrating high-impact product work, leadership on complex initiatives, and measurable outcomes
- 5+ years of product design experience, including partnering with product and engineering teams
- Bachelor's Degree in Interaction, Industrial, Product, Service design, Human-computer interaction, or equivalent experience
- Translates ambiguous business goals into clear, testable product hypotheses and a roadmap tied to measurable user outcomes
- Connects feature work to a cohesive product narrative while proactively identifying and de-risking high-impact assumptions
- Sets a high craft bar by simplifying complex flows, modernizing legacy UI, and delivering polished, intuitive experiences
- Elevates quality through attention to micro-interactions, edge cases, and high-fidelity prototyping to test delight and emotional resonance
