They are seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead the end-to-end design process, focusing on crafting high-quality visual designs and enhancing user experiences in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

• Strong expertise in Visual Design and Product Design to create compelling and user-friendly interfaces
• Proficiency in Design Thinking and User Research to develop impactful, user-centered solutions
• Experience with UX Research to understand user behaviors, identify pain points, and incorporate findings into design processes
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams and clients
• Proven ability to thrive in remote and contract-based work environments
• A portfolio showcasing previous complex product design work
• Familiarity with the startup or SaaS industry is an advantage
