ServiceMaster Recovery Management is a leading provider of residential and commercial services in restoration and cleaning. They are seeking a Commercial Accounts Project Manager to coordinate high-value national account relationships, ensuring seamless communication between clients and internal teams while driving growth and strengthening partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate new and existing loss assignments from start to finish, ensuring all parties understand guidelines, pricing, billing requirements, and timelines
- Lead daily client communication, delivering results that meet cost, quality, and speed expectations while keeping stakeholders informed with timely updates
- Resolve service, quality, and invoicing issues by analyzing documentation, identifying root causes, and negotiating effective solutions with franchises and vendors
- Manage project workflows by organizing, prioritizing, and adapting to shifting business needs while maintaining accurate records across systems and portals
- Review and audit estimates, scopes, and invoices to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with client requirements and project expectations
- Support operational efficiency by developing execution strategies and collaborating with the Project Auditing team to transition projects smoothly into review
- Serve as a resource to the franchise network, providing guidance and training on scoping, documentation, reporting, and invoicing best practices while maintaining vendor portals and client reporting requirements
Requirements:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain strong attention to detail
- Strong problem‑solving abilities with experience analyzing information and resolving issues
- 2+ years of experience in client service, billing, auditing, or operations support
- Proficiency with restoration industry tools such as Restore 365, XactAnalysis, Xactimate, or equivalent platforms
- Required experience with Cotality products, including Workspace, Estimate, and Validate
- Understanding of hazardous materials handling (asbestos, lead paint, mold, IICRC standards), unsanitary water categories, and time‑and‑material estimating programs
