GMV is a multinational group specializing in technical solutions for public transit systems. The Business Development Manager will focus on finding and executing new business opportunities, managing client relations, and coordinating with various departments to deliver proposals.
Responsibilities:
- Researching prospective customers to confirm they are a good fit
- Meeting prospects and clients at industry events and at their offices
- Conducting technology demonstrations and educating prospects about our system
- Maintaining well organized records of client interactions
- Managing opportunities through a formal procurement, including RFP intake, Proposal Development, and Final Presentation
- Directing the activities of GMV colleagues across departments, including technical experts, marketing, bid/proposal, and others to deliver a complete and compelling proposal or presentation to the client

- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field
- 5+ years of prior professional experience in customer facing role
- Prior experience in a public sector sales or customer-facing role
