The Social Media Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning and executing effective social media strategies to enhance Ripples’ brand presence and drive growth through managing key social media-based collaborators.

- Managing key social media-based collaborators to drive growth
- Creating and scheduling social media content
- Analyzing performance metrics and optimizing campaigns
- Identifying trends to improve engagement
- Finding and managing customer or business partners for social media growth
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Engaging with followers and ensuring alignment with brand objectives
Requirements:
- Proven experience executing organic social strategies that include collaborations with customers
- Highly self-driven, creative, and organized, with strong project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to tell compelling stories across formats
- Self-starter able to communicate effectively and manage own time to deliver measurable results
- Proven expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
- Strong skills in Content Strategy development and execution
- Background in social media collaboration strategy, either through influencer marketing or UGC channels
- Excellent communication skills to engage efficiently with internal teams and audience
- Proficiency in analytics tools to track and optimize social media performance
- Strong understanding of social media trends and platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Experience working in the F&B, hospitality, or technology industries
