STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking a Business Analyst Insurance Domain on behalf of our client in a remote setting. This role requires an experienced professional who can effectively bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams by gathering, analyzing, and translating business requirements into actionable solutions within the insurance domain.
Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for insurance-related projects
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes, challenges, and objectives
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications, user stories, and workflows
- Support solution design, testing, and implementation to ensure alignment with requirements
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with insurance industry standards, regulations, and best practices
- Facilitate effective communication between business and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with mandatory experience in the insurance domain
- Strong understanding of insurance products, processes, and regulatory frameworks
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders and communicate effectively across cross-functional teams
- Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies
- Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar requirement management platforms
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools
- Relevant certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, or equivalent are a plus
