CADimensions, Inc. is the premier provider of innovative tools and solutions for the Engineering and Manufacturing community. They are seeking a driven, relationship-focused Account Manager to grow and manage a portfolio of customers, uncover new opportunities, and deliver impactful solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Build and manage strong relationships within a defined set of accounts, serving as a trusted advisor to customers
- Prospect and generate new opportunities within existing accounts and targeted prospects
- Own the full sales cycle, including identifying opportunities, progressing deals, forecasting, and closing business
- Partner closely with customers to understand their needs and align solutions that drive value
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date activity, pipeline, and forecasting within HubSpot CRM
- Collaborate with internal teams (technical, marketing, and leadership) to deliver a seamless customer experience
- Continuously develop product knowledge, including certifications in Dassault Systèmes or other vendor solutions
- Stay proactive and persistent in follow-up to ensure opportunities move forward and customers stay engaged
- Contribute to team success by sharing insights, best practices, and supporting overall sales initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2–3 years of sales experience, including prospecting and closing business
- Strong ability to build relationships and earn trust with customers
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams to drive results
- Experience selling CAD, engineering, or manufacturing solutions
- Familiarity with SOLIDWORKS or similar platforms
- Experience using HubSpot CRM
- Proven track record of generating pipeline and closing new business
- Experience with solution-based or consultative sales approaches
