Gen AI Business Analyst with Scrum (Remote Role)

Job Description:
We are looking for a Gen AI Business Analyst with Scrum experience to support AI-driven product development. The candidate will work with stakeholders, data teams, and Agile squads to define requirements for Generative AI solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business requirements for Gen AI use cases
• Translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria
• Work closely with Scrum teams during sprint planning and execution
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers on AI solutions
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives)
• Support testing and validation of AI models and features

Required Skills or willing to learn

• Understanding of Generative AI concepts (LLMs, NLP, chatbots)
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Knowledge of SDLC and data-driven projects
• Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools
