Joblet-AI is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to lead paid acquisition efforts across various channels. The role involves managing budgets, creative, and analytics to optimize customer acquisition costs and improve return on ad spend through disciplined experimentation.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok
- Manage paid budget allocation across channels and campaigns
- Build and ship landing pages, ad creative, and audience segments
- Run a continuous testing program on creative, audiences, and bidding
- Track CAC, ROAS, and LTV; report on channel performance weekly
- Partner with creative, lifecycle, and analytics teams on integrated growth
Requirements:
- 4+ years running paid acquisition at scale ($1M+ annual budget)
- Hands-on expertise across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with attribution and incrementality testing
- Working knowledge of GA4, ad-side analytics, and tracking tools
- Experience briefing creative for paid social and search
- Bias for testing, measurement, and rapid iteration
- Curiosity about audiences and what makes them act
- Strong written communication and storytelling instincts
- A test-and-learn mindset; you ship campaigns fast and iterate on data
- Comfort working asynchronously across time zones
