Responsibilities:
- Own and grow a focused portfolio of five strategic BFSI accounts, driving expansion and increasing share of wallet
- Build and execute a disciplined pipeline strategy within existing customers, identifying whitespace and creating new revenue streams
- Sell across BMC’s full portfolio, positioning innovative, high-impact solutions fueled by significant ongoing R&D investment
- Take a proactive, “hunter” mindset within accounts—uncovering new use cases, influencing stakeholders, and closing large, complex deals
- Leverage a best-in-class support ecosystem (Solution & Value Engineers, specialists, partners) to accelerate deal success
- Act as a trusted advisor and BMC brand ambassador, building deep executive relationships and shaping long-term customer strategy
Requirements:
- You bring a strong track record of success in enterprise sales, with the ability to navigate complex, strategic accounts
- You have a hunter mindset within existing customers, with proven ability to build pipeline and drive growth
- You demonstrate strong pipeline discipline and forecasting accuracy, ensuring consistent performance
- You have experience applying structured sales methodologies such as MEDDIC to unlock and close large, complex deals
- You excel at orchestrating internal and customer stakeholders across multi-threaded sales cycles
