The Product Marketing Summer Intern supports the Product and Marketing functions by synthesizing customer and market feedback into actionable insights, while collaborating closely with stakeholders to inform decision-making and product strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and categorize customer feedback into structured repositories in Confluence
- Document feedback intake and management processes
- Assist in building a product feedback agent trained on internal and external customer inputs
- Support survey setup and administration
- Summarize customer call transcripts and written feedback
- Identify relevant market and industry research
- Generate insights and present findings to Product Management and Marketing teams
- Collaborate closely with both Product and Marketing stakeholders on projects, initiatives, reporting
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of an undergraduate or graduate program
- Demonstrated interest in the legal field, with coursework in marketing, sales, computer science, business, or a related discipline
- Proven research, writing, and analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and apply logical reasoning to complex issues
