Equity Medical is a healthcare organization dedicated to patient-centered care and innovative treatments. They are seeking an entry-level Growth Marketing Coordinator to support digital campaigns, analyze performance, and contribute to patient recruitment initiatives for clinical trials.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with organizing and uploading creative assets for paid advertising campaigns (primarily Meta platforms)
- Help track campaign performance metrics such as lead volume and cost-per-lead
- Maintain campaign trackers and reporting spreadsheets
- Support study launch preparation and marketing material updates
- Schedule and publish posts across company social media channels
- Create simple graphics using Canva templates
- Monitor comments and basic messages, escalating inquiries when appropriate
- Send routine performance updates and budget pacing emails to sponsors when needed
- Help track advertising spend timelines
- Maintain organized records of campaign start/end dates and invoicing needs
- Update flyers, brochures, and digital recruitment materials
- Assist with website content updates as directed
- Support internal marketing dashboards and trackers
- Assist with community outreach execution and tracking
- Provide general organizational support to improve marketing efficiency
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (or near completion) in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- Social media experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable working in spreadsheets and learning new software systems
- Experience with Canva or similar design tools
- Interest in healthcare, clinical research, or mission-driven marketing
- Experience in Sales, with a focus on lead generation and customer engagement
