Jane Creative is an online marketing and creative services agency located in New York City, USA. They are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to build and manage digital media plans, optimize paid campaigns, and provide strategic guidance on marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Build and manage digital media plans across platforms like Meta, TikTok, and Google
- Set up, launch, and optimize paid campaigns with a focus on performance and efficiency
- Analyze campaign performance and provide clear insights and next steps
- Work with clients to develop email and SMS marketing calendars
- Provide strategic guidance on lifecycle campaigns and messaging
- Review performance across email/SMS and recommend optimizations
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing ad concepts and assets
- Communicate regularly with clients and serve as a day-to-day point of contact
- Contribute to overall marketing strategy, reporting, and testing roadmaps
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field
- Experience managing paid social campaigns (Meta, TikTok, etc.)
- Familiarity with building media plans and optimizing campaign performance
- Exposure to email and SMS marketing (Klaviyo or similar platforms a plus)
- Strong understanding of marketing analytics and performance metrics
- Proficiency in platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram, and TikTok
- Strong communication skills, especially in client-facing environments
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
