3DOLOGIE is a value-added reseller of 3D printing and 3D scanning technology, seeking a driven Business Development Representative to anchor their business-to-business sales efforts. The BDR will be responsible for prospecting and qualifying new customers to generate revenue growth through high-volume calling and effective communication of technical products.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound and handle inbound sales calls
- Qualify leads and understand customer needs (hobbyist, business, industrial, etc.)
- Clearly explain 3D printer options, features, and value
- Overcome objections and close sales
- Track activity and performance metrics (calls, conversions, revenue)
Requirements:
- 2+ years proven experience in phone sales / inside sales / call center sales
- Comfortable making 50–100+ calls per day
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to quickly learn and explain technical products
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Comfortable working solo in a commission-based environment
- Relationships and previous experience selling to manufacturing, automotive, medical, education, architecture, government selling (GSA) or aerospace
- Strong Selling, MS Office and CRM experience a bonus
- Experience selling technical, industrial, or high-ticket products and/or own and use a 3D printer
