Entrepreneur Cooperative is seeking polished, proactive, and highly professional Customer Service Representatives to deliver a white-glove, concierge-level experience to high-end U.S.-based membership clientele. The role involves managing customer interactions across multiple channels while ensuring accuracy, speed, and a consistently elevated service experience.
Responsibilities:
- Provide fast, articulate, and emotionally intelligent service via phone, text, and email
- Assist clients with time-sensitive reservations and scheduling
- Handle high volumes of requests while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
- Anticipate customer needs and proactively provide solutions
- Maintain clear and professional communication across all interactions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across different time zones
- Uphold high standards of service, consistency, and brand representation
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, concierge, or client-facing roles
- Fluent English (C1 level or higher, written and spoken)
- Strong communication skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple conversations simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and communication tools (e.g., Slack)
- Typing speed of at least 60 words per minute
- Experience supporting high-end or demanding clients is highly preferred
- Background in hospitality, reservations, or operations
- Experience working with U.S.-based clients
- Experience in fast-paced, high-performance environments
