They are seeking a Business Development Representative to drive pipeline generation across enterprise accounts, focusing on building a career in enterprise SaaS sales within a cutting-edge AI and SpaceTech environment.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and research target accounts within utilities, energy, and industrial sectors
- Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns (email, phone, LinkedIn)
- Qualify prospects by uncovering business challenges and aligning use cases
- Partner closely with Account Executives on territory planning and account strategy
- Generate high-quality meetings and pipeline opportunities
- Represent the business at industry events and conferences (approx. 20% travel)
- Maintain accurate CRM data and track performance metrics
- Continuously refine messaging based on market feedback and results
Requirements:
- 1–2 years experience in B2B SaaS sales (BDR/SDR)
- Strong outbound mindset and confidence in prospecting into cold accounts
- Excellent communication skills across phone, email, and in-person
- Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, outreach platforms
- Highly motivated with a strong desire to build a career in enterprise sales
