Ready Talent is focused on delivering exceptional managed services and is seeking a Program Manager for Web Marketing. This role is critical in executing and managing web marketing initiatives while optimizing processes and ensuring alignment across various teams.
Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end program delivery across the web production lifecycle, from intake and planning through execution, launch, and optimization
- Partner with cross-functional teams and agencies to define scope, deliverables, timelines, resourcing, and localization for web initiatives
- Drive delivery of website design, content, and campaign experiences in partnership with UX design and content, and production teams
- Identify and manage dependencies across Web, MarTech, Engineering, Analytics, and external partners
- Ensure timely, high-quality delivery across multiple concurrent projects while maintaining stakeholder alignment
- Support and help operationalize intake, prioritization, and capacity planning across BAU and campaign workstreams
- Ensure alignment of incoming requests to business priorities, available resources, and overall portfolio goals
- Help manage competing priorities and maintain visibility into portfolio health, risks, and dependencies
- Contribute to reducing reactive, low-impact work by supporting structured intake and prioritization frameworks
- Establish and scale processes to manage scope, quality, performance, and risk across web marketing initiatives
- Identify and implement process improvements that increase speed, quality, and scalability
- Apply performance data, experimentation insights, and best practices to improve execution outcomes
- Support agency coordination and ensure external partners operate within defined workflows and standards
- Support the integration of AI-assisted workflows and automation into web marketing execution
- Help identify opportunities to scale repeatable production through templates, systems, and automation
- Assist in operationalizing emerging AI-driven production models (e.g., self-service publishing, document-to-web workflows)
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency through workflow standardization and tooling
- Contribute to governance frameworks and operational standards that ensure consistency and quality across the portfolio
- Assist in maintaining documentation, playbooks, and reusable templates for web marketing execution
- Support onboarding and enablement of stakeholders and partners on workflows, tools, and processes
- Help reinforce best practices across web production, content development, and campaign execution
