About the Team
The Air Dominance and Strike (AD&S) Electrical Engineering team develops high-reliability avionics, embedded processing, and power systems for autonomous air vehicles and missile platforms. The team delivers flight-critical electronics, PCB assemblies, and FPGA-based processing architectures used in complex and contested operational environments.

About the Team
The Air Dominance and Strike (AD&S) Electrical Engineering team develops high-reliability avionics, embedded processing, and power systems for autonomous air vehicles and missile platforms. The team delivers flight-critical electronics, PCB assemblies, and FPGA-based processing architectures used in complex and contested operational environments.
What You'll Do
- Assemble electronic box assemblies by following detailed work instructions and engineering documentation
- Perform incoming inspection of mechanical and electrical components to verify quality and specification compliance
- Conduct basic electrical testing and support troubleshooting of assembly issues
- Maintain accurate build records, test results, and documentation of issues or deviations
- Support kitting of materials and components as needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and ESD-controlled work environment
- 4+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment building electro-mechanical or electronic assemblies (aerospace, electronics, or medical preferred)
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and test equipment such as multimeters
- Familiarity with IPC standards including IPC-A-610, IPC-A-620, and J-STD
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt in a fast-paced production environment
- Must be a U.S. Person due to access to export-controlled information
- 5+ years of electronics assembly experience
- Experience troubleshooting electronic box assemblies
- Ability to clearly document failures and write detailed issue or nonconformance reports
