Everfit is a company focused on transforming personalized fitness through its innovative platform. They are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to connect with coaches and training businesses, helping them discover tools that enhance their coaching capabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Connect with Coaches: Take discovery calls and product demos with fitness professionals and businesses to understand their goals, uncover their challenges, and showcase how Everfit can be the right solution for their coaching needs
- Qualify and Convert Leads: Identify the right coaches and training businesses, evaluate fit, and guide them through the decision-making process to become Everfit customers
- Craft Compelling Messaging: Create personalized outreach and follow-ups with strong storytelling and value-based communication, supported by AI when helpful
- Collaborate with Sales & Marketing: Partner with marketing on retargeting campaigns and pipeline strategies, and contribute feedback on trends and customer insights
- Manage and Organize Your Pipeline: Use Salesforce and other platforms to stay on top of leads, follow-ups, and performance metrics
- Continuously Optimize: Leverage AI and performance insights to brainstorm, test, and improve messaging and workflow strategies over time

- 2+ years in sales, customer success, or business development—ideally in a startup or high-growth environment
- Previous exposure to CRM systems (like Salesforce), AI tools, and outreach platforms
- Experience in or deep understanding of the health & fitness industry
- Understanding of outbound and inbound sales strategies
