The Sr. Marketing Manager, Respiratory will lead product marketing execution and go-to-market strategies for respiratory disease solutions across the U.S., collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive customer engagement and commercial growth initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead execution of integrated U.S. marketing plans for assigned Respiratory segments, aligned to portfolio strategy and business objectives
- Serve as the marketing subject matter expert for designated disease areas, providing input into positioning, messaging, and customer engagement
- Lead regional product launches, coordinating cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure launch readiness, value articulation, and execution excellence
- Develop and execute demand generation initiatives across digital and traditional channels to drive awareness, adoption, and growth
- Partner with Sales, Medical Affairs, and Global Marketing to deliver effective field enablement tools, training, and customer‑facing content
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant professional experience, or Master's degree with 6+ years of relevant professional experience
- Experience leading product marketing, portfolio marketing, or go‑to‑market initiatives within regulated healthcare, diagnostics, medical devices, or life sciences
- Demonstrated experience leading cross‑functional projects and product launches in a matrixed organization
- Experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., digital, field, events)
- Experience analyzing market, customer, or competitive insights to inform marketing strategy and execution
- Ability to travel up to 40%, including occasional overnight travel, as business needs require
