TractEasy is a pioneering company in autonomous vehicles for industrial and airport applications, seeking a talented and motivated Area Sales Manager to help develop this new market space. The role involves creating and maintaining commercial relationships with customers, promoting TractEasy products, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales and service process.
Responsibilities:
- Being the focal point with the Customer and ultimately responsible for their satisfaction in the commercial process for sales and service
- Influencing Customer buying decisions by understanding Customer needs and matching them to TractEasy products and services where applicable. This includes: Understanding the TractEasy products and their technical and commercial advantages vs the competitors’ products. Understanding Customer operation and any product specifications to ensure our product is capable of meeting those requirements. Interface with the operations team to develop proposals and presentations
- Understanding then regional market for each product line
- Forecasting the Market and Customer demand to facilitate accurate S&OP
- Processing customer setup, opportunity tracking and order management in the TractEasy CRM and associated systems
- Manage the credit risk in accordance with TractEasy operating procedures
