Job Overview:
Pay Range: $45hr - $50hr
- The Project Coordinator will manage physical security projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with business requirements and organizational standards.
- The role involves coordinating project activities, managing schedules, and supporting design, installation, and commissioning processes.
- The position requires collaboration with stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to deliver secure and scalable solutions.
- The coordinator will also support governance, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives within security project delivery.
Requirement/Must Have:
- Bachelor s or Associate degree or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of experience in physical security, security technology, or infrastructure project management.
- Experience managing multi-site or regional security projects.
- Experience with enterprise security platforms and systems integration.
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and project documentation tools.
Experience:
- Experience managing end-to-end project delivery including design, installation, and commissioning.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Experience in budget tracking, forecasting, and reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Review and intake physical security project assessments.
- Manage end-to-end project workflows including mobilization, design, installation, and handover.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
- Prepare technical inputs and programming documentation.
- Track project progress, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Provide regular status updates and reports to stakeholders.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and vendors for project execution.
- Identify risks, delays, and escalate issues with mitigation plans.
- Track materials, vendor deliverables, and installation activities.
- Support budget planning, tracking, and variance reporting.
- Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices.
- Maintain project documentation and continuous improvement processes.
Should Have:
- Knowledge of access control, video management, and integrated security systems.
- Experience with platforms such as C-Cure, Avigilon, or intrusion detection systems.
- Ability to assess scalability and long-term impact of security solutions.
