Trucordia is a rapidly growing insurance brokerage that emphasizes exceptional experiences for both employees and clients. The Customer Service Representative will provide vital support to commercial lines clients by managing and servicing insurance policies, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring their insurance needs are met efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and courteous assistance to customers in person and via phone, email, and other communication channels
- Process both new business and renewals for customers
- Sell and quote new business to both personal and commercial lines clients
- Assist in preparing and processing commercial insurance policies, including issuing certificates of insurance, endorsements, and other policy documents
- Skillfully identify and assess customers' needs, delivering appropriate and effective solutions
- Process payments and submit insurance premiums accurately and in a timely manner
- Develop a comprehensive knowledge of our product offerings to assist customers accurately and efficiently
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions to continuously improve service quality
Requirements:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and high attention to detail
- 3 years of experience within insurance industry
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to assess clients' needs and recommend appropriate coverage
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team
- Technical proficiency with Microsoft suites platforms including Excel
- P&C insurance agent license required
