Profiles is a national, award-winning creative, marketing, and workforce solutions agency seeking a Business Development Manager for a full-time, fully remote position. The role involves driving new business acquisition, managing a sales portfolio, and engaging with executive stakeholders across various industry verticals.
Responsibilities:
- Drive new logo acquisition aligned with Profiles' Ideal Client Profile across multiple industry verticals
- Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of contract, contract-to-hire, direct hire, and AI workforce solutions opportunities
- Engage executive stakeholders across Marketing, Creative, Product, HR, Procurement, and Strategic Sourcing
- Conduct high-volume, targeted outreach that generates an average of 10 qualified client meetings per week
- Own the full sales lifecycle from prospecting through negotiation, partnering with recruiting, marketing, and leadership teams
- This role requires the ability to sell consultatively, including guiding clients through AI-driven workforce strategies and confidently adopting emerging AI sales technologies to improve outreach, personalization, and pipeline velocity
Requirements:
- 5+ years of staffing industry experience focused on new business development
- 3+ years selling into the creative, marketing, digital, or tech verticals
- Demonstrated success in building and managing $3M annual sales portfolio
- Proven ability to generate mid-market and enterprise relationships from cold outreach to close
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, sales enablement platforms, and AI sales tools to drive consultative outreach
