Aptive Resources is a company that partners with federal agencies to improve their performance and service delivery. They are seeking a skilled Policy Analyst to support the Veterans Health Administration’s RISE Implementation initiative by providing process analysis, improvement, and implementation support, focusing on policy alignment with organizational structure.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in analyzing how policy changes affect business processes, staffing models, and governance structures
- Contribute to the development of policy-related recommendations
- Support the development of assessment tools
- Summarize findings from stakeholder interviews
- Help prepare reports that translate policy requirements into actionable implementation guidance
- Support coordination efforts to ensure policy compliance during implementation
- Contribute to tracking issues, risks, and dependencies related to regulatory or policy constraints
Requirements:
- 3 years of relevant experience, including with policy analysis and research
- Bachelor's degree in a related program, such public policy, political science, or public health
- Consulting experience supporting large, complex Cabinet-level federal agencies
- Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S
- Experience or coursework related to healthcare policy or federal programs
