Imagine360 is seeking a Director, Product Management to join the team, responsible for driving the vision, strategy, and execution of strategically important products. This leadership role blends hands-on execution with management, ensuring disciplined product delivery and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact products that drive client value and growth.
Responsibilities:
- Define and drive the enterprise-wide product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap aligned with company growth objectives for assigned products
- Continuously evaluate market trends, competitive landscape, and employer and member needs to identify and inform product direction and innovation priorities
- Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, including concept development, business case creation, requirements definition, development, launch, and post-launch optimization
- Propose prioritization of product development initiatives to the Chief Product Officer to ensure alignment with strategic goals and resource allocation
- Lead and partner cross-functionally to ensure timely, scalable, and high-quality product delivery
- Ensure products are supported with appropriate commercialization tools and resources
- Develop competitive product pricing to achieve business goals
- Manage a team of 1-3 individual contributors demonstrating strong people management skills including regular feedback, performance management, and talent development
- Demonstrate thought leadership internally and externally on assigned products and build strong cross-functional relationships
- Contribute to the development of governance frameworks for product development and strategic initiatives
- Oversee and drive execution of complex, cross-functional product-related programs, ensuring execution against critical path milestones and business objectives
- Proactively identify, analyze and resolve risks, issues, and opportunities that may impact organizational objectives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience is required, at least two of which must be in healthcare, health insurance or self-insured employee benefits related field
- Proven track record of launching and scaling complex products or services in a high-growth environment
- Highly-developed communication skills and interpersonal savvy
- Ability to create strong relationships, work collaboratively and build consensus across a team representing diverse subject matter expertise and competency
- Analytical skills, business acumen and professional judgment to understand business implications and solve problems with limited information at hand
- Self-starter willing and able to wear many hats and work at all levels of detail to get things done
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Payor/TPA product development experience is preferred
