They are looking for an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to contribute to their business development strategy and support team growth in a fully remote capacity.

Responsibilities:

• Engage in ongoing training and leadership development
• Generate and manage qualified leads through digital platforms
• Conduct structured conversations with prospective clients (phone/Zoom)
• Support client onboarding and overall client experience
• Mentor and guide new team members
• Operate independently with a high level of accountability and ownership

Requirements:

• 7+ years' experience in business development, sales, or leadership roles
• Demonstrated history of achieving or exceeding targets
• Strong communication, influence, and relationship-building skills
