Senior Managing Cutover Lead

IBM Consulting is focused on building long-term client relationships and collaboration across industries. The Senior Managing Cutover Lead will manage complex SAP HANA projects, leading cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Develop and execute project plans, ensuring collaboration and effective communication among team members to drive project success
• Manage Project Landscapes: Navigate complex project environments, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure timely and within-budget delivery of high-quality results
• Ensure Client Satisfaction: Deliver project outcomes that meet client expectations, fostering strong relationships and driving business growth through exceptional project management
• Develop Project Plans: Create comprehensive project plans, outlining scope, timelines, and resource allocation to guide project execution and ensure successful delivery
• Drive Project Execution: Oversee project progress, addressing issues and making informed decisions to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards

Requirements:

• Deep Expertise in SAP HANA: Proven experience with SAP HANA, including its application in complex project environments, to deliver high-quality results that meet client expectations
• Complex Project Management: Experience in managing complex projects from initiation to delivery, including developing project plans, navigating project landscapes, and ensuring successful project execution
• Leadership and Team Management: Experience leading cross-functional teams, ensuring collaboration and effective communication among team members to drive project success
• Risk Mitigation and Issue Resolution: Experience identifying and mitigating risks, addressing issues, and making informed decisions to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
• Client Relationship Management: Experience delivering project outcomes that meet client expectations, fostering strong relationships and driving business growth through exceptional project management
• Advanced SAP HANA Knowledge: Deep understanding of SAP HANA architecture, data modeling, and data warehousing concepts to deliver high-quality results in complex project environments
• Agile Project Methodologies: Experience with agile project management methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, to drive project execution and ensure successful delivery
• Cloud-Based Solutions: Familiarity with cloud-based solutions, such as SAP HANA Cloud, to navigate complex project landscapes and deliver project outcomes that meet client expectations
