Candidate MUSTHaves*

• Direct experience with Oracle Customer Care & Billing (CC&B) and/or Meter Data Management (MDM)
• Experience preferred in a regulated utility environment

Years of Experience*

• Minimum 3 years (preferred range: 5 10 years)

• Bachelor s degree in Business or related field

Project Information

• Supporting the billing operations team on various technical implementations of new customer programs and services

Responsibilities

• Develop, organize, and present operational reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Manage large datasets for analysis and reporting (operational, performance, and financial)
• Participate in Billing IT projects (requirements gathering, test scenarios, UAT, change management)
• Troubleshoot operational and IT issues and coordinate resolutions with internal teams

Desired Experience

• Bachelor s degree in Business or related field
• High proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Working knowledge of utility billing processes and customer service programs (rates, payments, service orders)
• Familiarity with utility workflows: metertocash, outage management, customer interaction channels
• Direct experience with Oracle CC&B and/or MDM in a regulated utility environment
• Strong experience with testing (UAT), defect tracking, and resolution
• Strong communication, analytical, and problemsolving skills
