Russell Tobin is a tech company seeking a Business Analyst to support their gift card business. The role involves tracking and reconciling invoices, setting up tests and campaigns, and working cross-functionally within the organization.

Responsibilities:

Supports the gift card business at Client, responsible for tracking and reconciling invoices related to gift card marketing activity
Sets up new tests and campaigns to prove out business concepts before we build and launch them
Analyze support inbounds related to gift cards and identify / solve for top problem drivers leading to customer complaints for the business
Work cross-functionally across the New Verticals Organization and broader Client

Requirements:

Must be fluent in Microsoft office products or google productivity suites, specifically sheets and docs
Familiarity with SQL is a plus
Associate's degree OR equivalent experience
Minimum 3 years experience
Fluent in spreadsheets
Has experience working in finance or financial models
Experience building budget trackers
Past background in tech a plus
SQL experience a plus
