Finster AI is a Series A stage firm redefining the future of finance with its AI-native research and task automation platform. The Client Strategy & Ops Associate will collaborate with clients to enhance their experience with the platform, drive client expansion, and contribute to operational excellence within the company.
Responsibilities:
- Drive client expansion: Build and grow relationships with new and existing clients across investment banking, research, and private credit
- Scale GTM infrastructure: Help to operationalize Finster’s go-to-market motion including defining processes, managing tools (CRM, analytics, enablement), and helping to evolve sales and client success playbooks
- Collaborate with Product: Work closely with the product team to surface customer insights, identify workflow pain points, and influence roadmap priorities
- Deliver Client Success: Partner with users inside of investment banks to support their AI adoption journey and ensure they derive measurable value from Finster
- Contribute to Operational Excellence: Analyse, refine, and implement processes to improve efficiency, visibility, and scalability across the commercial organization
- Execute Strategic Projects: Assist with cross-functional strategic initiatives such as pricing strategy, commercial collateral development, client impact analysis
