CRIO is a leading provider of eSource solutions for clinical research, and they are seeking a dedicated Account Executive to join their team. This position will play a key role in managing sales pipelines, developing relationships with clients, and driving customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify potential leads, outbound and inbound, by phone, email, social media messaging, and other media as they are made available
- Manage a sales pipeline, including qualification, pricing, contract negotiation, forecasting, and closing opportunities, won and lost
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for capabilities demonstrations, proposals sent, and won new business
- Become a Subject Matter Expert understanding our products, the impact of our service on our customers’ business, and insights that will make our customers more successful in their business
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospects, key clients, and stakeholders, including clinical research sites and academic institutions
- Utilize CRM software to track and manage sales activities and document customer interactions
- Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors’ offerings to effectively position our products and services
- Continuously develop sales skills and product knowledge through training, workshops, and self-learning to enhance sales performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and engineering, to ensure that customer needs are met or exceeded
- Develop and execute sales strategies and plans to drive customer satisfaction

- At least 2 years of experience in business development, with a track record of driving revenue growth in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Previous experience as a clinical research site coordinator or a highly similar position
