Test Governance Analyst(W2 citizens only)

Title: Test Governance Analyst

Location: Rancho Cucamonga, CA (Hybrid)

Responsibilities:

• Define and enforce UAT quality standards, conduct governance checks, and perform UAT audits to ensure delivery compliance.
• Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, developers, QA, and vendors to align on test strategy, scope, and timelines.
• Participate in test intake, planning, and estimation; contribute to UAT test strategy, test plan, and kickoff activities.
• Develop, organize, and maintain UAT test scripts and results in Azure DevOps, ensuring test data readiness and environment setup.
• Manage defects track, verify, and report issues during UAT execution.
• Support functional testing as needed and coordinate end-to-end test coverage across business teams.
• Create and monitor UAT metrics and dashboards, ensuring visibility via visual management tools.
• Prepare audit documentation and provide training/guidance to analysts and business users on UAT processes and tools

Required Skills:

• Experience in IT Quality Assurance and in utilizing Test Management Tools.
• Experience in coordinating UAT testing with business teams.
• Experience managing business relationships with stakeholders
• Experience in Healthcare
• Principles and methods of systems analysis for data processing
• Knowledge of Test Management and Reporting Tools
• Knowledge in Test Planning and Estimates
