Job Overview:
- Configure, maintain, and support test hardware and validation infrastructure across mobile, desktop, and server systems.
- Ensure systems remain operational, updated, and test-ready to support validation and product roadmap schedules.
- Install, configure, and replace processors, memory, hard drives, network cards, and other system hardware components as required.
- Support validation and testing activities across multiple hardware platforms and operating systems.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and system-level issues in high-pressure environments while meeting project deadlines.
- Perform operating system installation, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting activities for Windows and Linux platforms.
- Configure BIOS settings, install device drivers, and support application setup activities.
- Read and follow technical instructions while documenting test results and issues accurately.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and support group decisions in fast-paced environments.
- Manage multiple projects and workloads while demonstrating strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain validation hardware and test infrastructure.
- Install and replace hardware components including processors, memory, and storage devices.
- Perform operating system installation, setup, and troubleshooting.
- Support validation and testing activities for desktop, mobile, and server systems.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across platforms.
- Configure BIOS settings and install device drivers.
- Document issues, testing activities, and results.
- Support multiple projects and maintain test readiness across systems.
- Collaborate with engineering and validation teams to meet project timelines.
Experience:
- 0 2 years of PC validation or testing experience.
- Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Experience with PC hardware setup and configuration.
- Experience with x86 system architecture and system-level components.
- Experience with workstation or server platforms is preferred.
Skills:
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Comfortable working with Linux command line environments.
- Knowledge of PC architecture, memory, buses, processors, chipsets, storage, and networking.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Qualification And Education:
- Associate s degree, technical certification, or equivalent experience in Electronics, Computer Technology, or a related field is preferred.
