JSG (Johnson Service Group, Inc.) is hiring a Project Manager specializing in Cost Savings/Supply Chain for a remote role. The Procurement Project Manager will lead cost savings initiatives and other strategic projects, collaborating with various departments to ensure successful execution and measurable outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the identification, execution, and delivery of company-wide cost savings initiatives and other strategic and operational projects that support supply chain objectives
- Partner closely with Manufacturing, Procurement, Engineering, and Finance to translate strategic priorities into executable projects and measurable business outcomes
- Own upward reporting and visibility of cost transformation initiatives, ensuring leadership has clear, timely insight into progress, risks, and financial outcomes
- Accountable for governance, delivery, and executive-level communication
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or equivalent
- 5–10 years of project management experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Experience in interconnect, cable, harness, or connector manufacturing
- Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Excel or Google Sheets
- Demonstrated success leading cost reduction initiatives with a strong ability to interpret complex data and financial impacts
- Excellent verbal and written skills, including the ability to deliver executive-level presentations
