Education Research, Strategy and Operations Consulting Associate/Sr Analyst

Huron is a consulting company that helps clients drive growth and enhance performance in education. As a Consulting Associate/Sr Analyst, you will apply quantitative and analytical skills to support higher education institutions in navigating financial challenges and improving student outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Help our clients to achieve organizational effectiveness, improve student outcomes, implement new technologies and align resources and investments to ensure long-term sustainability
• Build and refine financial models, analyze institutional data, and translate complex findings into actionable insights that inform strategic and operational decisions
• Work directly with client teams to support financial planning, resource allocation, and performance improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Current U.S. work authorization required
• A minimum of 2 plus years of experience in consulting, Higher Education, or relevant work experience
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in Finance or Accounting
• MBA highly preferred
• Advanced experience with analytical tools such as Excel
• Strong background in quantitative reasoning & analytics
• Financial modeling experience
• Prior Consulting experience is highly desired
• Ability to travel on a 50% basis annually, work extended hours as necessary
